Our certified and experienced personal trainers will personally design specific programs that will challenge and motivate you to achieve the individual fitness goals that you seek. Health assessments will be conducted to be used to set goals and achieve the desired results.
Sports Performance
Better Every Day™ provides individual or group sport specific fitness and performance training to athletes of any age and any level. Pre/post-training evaluations will be conducted to measure improvement in areas related to their specific sport.
A solid foundation and a base level of strength will be established to safely and effectively prepare the athlete for improvements they will be working to achieve. Emphasis will be placed on improving various aspects of sports performance, such as:
