Trevor is from Sarasota, Florida. After graduating from high school in 1994, he moved to Orlando to attend the University of Central Florida, where he graduated with two Bachelor's degrees in 1999. He is currently a member of the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA), and has received the distinction of Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS).

Trevor has been a fitness trainer since 1998, and has achieved success training a variety of clients with fitness goals that range from toning and firming to professional athletics. He has an extremely well rounded background in fitness, athletics, and professional sports. He played arena football for three years from 2000-2002, and since 2003, has played the televised extreme basketball sport SlamBall.

Trevor is extensively involved with several youth organizations in the Central Florida area and beyond. He conducts his annual Better Every Day™ Basketball and Sports Performance Camp in Winter Park, Florida. He is also the Floor Manager of NBA All-Star Vince Carter’s Youth Basketball Academy (VCYBA) held in Daytona Beach, Florida and East Rutherford, New Jersey. In addition to these organizations, Trevor also worked with NFL Hall of Famer Anthony Munoz with the Anthony Munoz Foundation, coaching youth football camps in Cincinnati, OH, and has trained sports teams for local high schools such as Boone High school in Orlando and Mainland High School in Daytona Beach.

Trevor continues to train with athletes of all ages on the youth, high school, college, and professional levels, as well as anyone who wants to achieve a higher level of fitness and quality of life.

Alena Roder

Alena is a University of Central Florida graduate with a bachelor’s degree majoring in pre-law and minoring in fitness training. Alena is also an AFFA certified group fitness instructor and is currently working on her NSCA personal training certification.

Alena has been teaching group fitness classes for approximately five (5) years and a sample of the classes she teaches includes indoor cycling, body toning, boot camp, step aerobics, and water aerobics.

Finally, Alena is also a Master Trainer with Geofitness, Inc. Geofitness is an innovative fitness company that reaches out to everyone from physical education teachers to fitness professionals to the average person. With Geofitness, Alena travels across the USA, and presents the Geofitness program at conferences and at teach-ins with school districts.

Alena is an enthusiastic individual who maintains a motivational spirit and positive attitude every day. She is able to manage and motivate group fitness classes averaging anywhere between 20 and 40 people. Her goal is to become one of the fitness industry’s top instructors through group exercise and personal training.

Julie is a certified yoga expert, personal trainer and the Director of ‘The YOGA Room’ at Better Every Day Fitness™. She has a triathlon and running background and, as a result, teaches an athletic style of yoga. A native of Central Florida, Julie has been teaching yoga for the past 10 years. She travels regularly for workshops and teacher trainings throughout the US and the Caribbean. "The path of yoga is never ending, and my journey feels as though it's only started. Each and every time you come to your mat there is a series of breakthroughs and growth. There's not a single person out there that doesn't benefit, in some way, physically, mentally, or spiritually from a yoga class."

Julie's yoga classes are challenging, but anyone, at any level, is welcome. Julie encourages you to take what you want, go with what feels right for you, and leave the rest behind. Her classes will have you leaving with a smile, remaining clear and calm, and present and connected to your intentions for the rest of the day. Julie leads group, semi-private, and private yoga classes, as well as personal training for adults and children.

Yatska is a personal fitness trainer and a certified Pilates instructor. With 20 years as an independent fitness trainer and consultant, Yatska is known for her ability to turn "couch potatoes" from fat to firm. Working with Yatska is fun and challenging as she pushes you beyond boundaries that you might conceive to be impossible and to conquer even greater challenges.

Looking at her background will show you why Yatska is a great partner to choose to meet your personal fitness goals. In addition, to having a Master's Degree in Sports Science, she has participated in several sports teams throughout the United States and Puerto Rico. She has been awarded several significant athletic honors including 1979 NCAA Basketball Final Four. She has also participated in Major International tournaments like the 1975 and 1979 Pan American Games. Looking at these honors demonstrates Yatska's great athletic background and her ability to work with people.

Dee comes from a family of martial artists, and has trained under various disciplines. He has trained all over the world, ranging from Okinawa, Japan, to here in the states. His intense and methodical approach to his art allow him to appeal to people of all ages. Whether it is kick-boxing for fitness, or practical self-defense, Dee has been successful in helping people gain extreme confidence while reaching their fitness goals.

Dee participated in the Goodwill Games and won the Gold Medal in Taekwondo. He has coached Reebok City Jam on ESPN, and has Choreographed numerous music videos, coaching hip hop, aerobics, and stunt dancing. He has worked with R&B pop artists in music videos and has been on various television programs. He has special training in dance, ballet, jazz, ethnic dance, hip hop, street dance, freestyle and boxing.
